About Lee Anne Hall

Lee Anne Hall grew up surrounded by art, storytelling and creative practice. Her parents, Pam Brandy-Hall (Baribunma) and Phillip Hall, are both artists and influenced her interest in colour, form and contemporary design.

Stories and cultural knowledge shared throughout Lee Anne’s childhood continue to influence her artwork. She works with vivid combinations of pastel colours and ochre tones, together with dynamic lines and bold shapes.

Australian flora and fauna also provide inspiration for her designs. Graphic forms drawn from the natural environment appear throughout her work and contribute to its distinctive contemporary character.
