Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping charges are based on the size and weight of the item. You will be shown the shipping and handling charges on the "Purchase Verification" page before you finalize your purchase. In the case where shipping and handling are not predetermined, you can choose to pay C.O.D. or to make a second payment. We will contact at that time to determine the exact cost for your location. If the item requires special packaging, such as a crate, there may be additional shipping and handling costs. If you have any questions or concerns about shipping and handling costs, please contact us. Please have the item number handy when you call. May be each piece is shipped to you directly from the artist or a partner source, delivery times and shipping costs will vary. Generally, you can expect the item to be shipped within one weeks of ordering it and completeing all commercial transactions. Some items, depending on size and availability, can be delivered via faster methods for an additional charge.

Insurance
We ensure that the art-work shipped is insured for its full value. The cost of the same is however incorporated in the shipping and handling charges.

Our Return Policy
All original art and limited edition purchases made online are deemed sold. We do not have a return policy. Inevent of a dispute and the work is to be returned it must be shipped back in the original packing materials and container provided. Returns must be insured for their full value. The cost of returning the work rests with the customer. After we receive your return, we will issue you a check for the price of the artwork. Shipping costs will not be refunded except in the case of damage.

Artwork which is received damaged
If your package appears damaged, or if upon opening it you find the artwork damaged, contact us immediately. Please do not discard the packaging materials. A digital photograph of the damaged areas must be taken. We will discuss & evaluate before we accept the return & refund.

Receiving Orders
You can generally assume that if you buy an item that we have in stock, you will receive it within two to three weeks of placing your order. If you ordered from more than one artist's works, it is possible that the items will be shipped separately.

Canceling or Changing an Order
If you want to cancel or change an order, contact us immediately. Once your order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled. We are able to handle purchases from outside the world over.

Intellectual Property
All artwork remains the property of the artist and may not be reproduced without prior consent from the artist.

Design Variation
As artwork is original, variation in design will occur. Quality standards of artwork are assured.

Payment
It is our requirement that all goods are paid in full prior to shipping.

Packaging
Great care is taken in our warehouse by our dedicated staff to ensure that your purchase is received in perfect condition.

Freight
All domestic parcels are sent through Australia Post or Fastway couriers. International parcels are sent via Australia Post or Qantas Air Express. Charges are calculated on the freight carriers published prices that are dependant on size, weight and destination. Refer to www.australiapost.com.au or www.fastway.com.au or www.qantasfreight.com.au

Insurance
All international sales are freighted with Australia Post or Qantas Air Express and include insurance. Insurance costs vary depending on value of goods.

Items posted within Australia are shipped using Express Post or Registered Post or Courier. In the unlikely event that your parcel goes missing, we will lodge a claim on your behalf with the freight carrier.
